A message dated March 31, 2000, was read stating the Governor has              
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 340(CRA)                                                
"An Act relating to designating the Ketchikan Indian Corporation              
as a regional housing authority; and providing for an effective
